As an independent family run brewery and drinks retailer, we can offer products that are not commonly available through standard event bar providers, giving your guests the opportunity to enjoy distinctive local artisan beverages with provenance alongside well-known favourites.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are fully trained, licensed, and highly experienced in operating bars at a wide variety of venues and event locations across Central Scotland and beyond. We understand the importance of excellent customer service and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining efficient service throughout your event.
Our team arrives fully prepared and professionally presented, ensuring that the bar operates smoothly from start to finish. We are experienced in working alongside venue staff, caterers, entertainers, and event organisers to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
We operate a convenient pay-as-you-go bar service, accepting both cash and card payments. This flexible arrangement allows hosts to control costs while still providing a comprehensive drinks service for guests.
Should you wish, a drinks tab can also be arranged behind the bar, allowing you to treat guests to drinks during all or part of the event. We are happy to discuss bespoke arrangements to suit your plans and budget.
We particularly enjoy working with Cowane's Guild Hall, one of Stirling's most distinctive and historic event venues. The character and atmosphere of the hall provide a unique setting for weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
Having worked regularly within the venue, we are familiar with its facilities and operational requirements, enabling us to provide an efficient and professional service while helping clients make the most of this exceptional location.
For complete peace of mind, Allanwater Brewhouse is fully insured for both public and employer liability and is certified by Stirling Council for food and drink provision to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.
The required liquor licence will be arranged through Stirling Council and will cover the agreed operating hours and the sale of alcoholic drinks on the premises. In accordance with Scottish licensing legislation, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the premises during the licensed period.
We are committed to operating responsibly and in full compliance with all relevant licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.
The cost for the supply and operation of a fully staffed, licensed bar is dependent on your event, the event location and size of your event however our basic set up cost of only £150 plus VAT.
Our bar prices are identical to those at our brewery tap in Bridge of Allan. We believe in offering fair, transparent, and consistent pricing and do not inflate prices for weddings or private events. A current drinks price list is available for your review.
